Safe sleep training has not been taken annually. During the visit on 7/21/22 licensor verified Safe Sleep training was completed on 7/20/22 for both Qali and Saido. FA/CPR training was completed 7/15/22 with BBP. Food handler training was completed today for both Qali and Saido. Saido has not completed the federally required health and safety trainings as sited.
